Feeding program held in Sagpangan

The feeding activity benefited 32 individuals, both pre and post partum mothers, and undernourished children, last December 2, 2010 at Brgy. Sagpangan, Aborlan, Palawan, Philippines.

Puerto Princesa, Philippines — As part of the GMMN’s community and health care program, a feeding activity was held in Barangay Sagpangan, in the municipality of Aborlan with 32 beneficiaries last December 2.

Pregnant mothers, including those that have delivered already their babies, and malnourished children were given free nutritious meal during the event.

The activity was attended by the local officials of the barangay, health care workers, and the missionary nurses of the GMMN. Also present who initiated and spearheaded the activity was Von Carlo L. Hechanova, the finance officer and project manager of GMMN.

GMMN would like to extend its deepest gratitude to those who have helped in this activity, especially its project partner, the Adventist World Aviation Foundation (AWA), the Bacolod Central Church of SDA, individual sponsors and donors.
